Quality

Our main priority is to provide high customer service satisfaction. To make sure our customer will get a high service satisfaction, there are many measures. For example, we provide all sizes and types of containers for both imports and exports, which is from FCL (Full Container Load) to LCL (Less than a Container Load). 

The high quality of our customer service is very important. If the customer service is treating our customers bad, we will get fewer shipments. However, if we are good at what we do, we may get more shipments. The amount of skillful employees is there in each department, which is helpful for us to achieve the good customer service goal. Our main service type is hassle-free service, which means handling the issues during transportation of exports and imports.

Flexibility

Our mission is “Atlantic Pacific Lines is small enough to treat each and every shipment as our top priority but large enough to handle any shipping need.” We have four choices of transportation, which are sea, air, land and rail. It provides a flexible shipping method that any cargo can be delivered through sea, intermodal or air. We also have vast network of warehouses to meet every packaging, loading and drayage needs and located near airports, docks and major ports, making everything convenient.

On-Time Delivery

Our main priority is to meet our customer's expectations, one of them is to deliver their cargo on time. In order to be able to accomplish this, we offer fully integrated custom logistic service for LTL (Less than a Container Load) and FTL (Full Container Load) to and from anywhere worldwide. We can integrate all of their transportation needs into a simple and cost-effective solution to ensure a safe and rapid delivery of their valuable goods. We are also fully licensed with TSA and C-TPAT which allows us to offer a variety of air freight services from overnight deliveries to single priority cargo and consolidations.

Cost

Our cost is determined by several categories. It can be by speed, reliability, environmental

impact, and our competition. It is also determined by how much the carries will be charging. If a customer wants to add trucking or rail, that might also determine how much we should invoice them. We are able to provide a low costs by having major contracts with key carriers in different parts of the world. Atlantic Pacific Lines also provides insurance coverage for our customer valued cargo at competitive rates to any destination via any mode of transport.
